EN ISO 20471 Class 3 is a European standard specifying the requirements for high-visibility warning clothing providing the highest level of visibility. Its purpose is to maximize wearer safety by enhancing visibility during daylight, in low-light conditions, and in adverse weather environments. Garments certified according to EN ISO 20471 Class 3 contain the largest amount of fluorescent material and reflective tape required by the standard, ensuring the highest level of visibility in high-risk working environments. Class 3 garments are intended for workers operating near high-speed traffic, on highways, airports, construction sites, and in other situations where maximum visibility is essential. Compared to Class 1 and Class 2, Class 3 provides the highest level of protection defined by the EN ISO 20471 standard.
